Screen Printingquestions, answered

Most screen-printed orders are completed within 7–10 business days after artwork approval, plus shipping time. Turnaround can vary depending on order size, garment availability, print complexity, and current production volume. Have a firm event or in-hands date? Let us know when requesting your quote so we can confirm the production schedule before you order.

Yes. Rush production may be available depending on the order, garment availability, number of print locations, and artwork. Rush fees may apply. Send us your deadline and order details, and we'll confirm what's possible before you commit.

Minimums depend on the garment, number of print colors, and decoration requirements. Screen printing becomes especially cost-effective on larger quantities because the setup cost is spread across more pieces. If your quantity is too small for screen printing to make sense, we can recommend another decoration method such as DTF or DTG.

Absolutely. Every order receives a digital proof for approval before production begins. We'll show you the artwork, placement, approximate size, and other important production details. Nothing goes to print until the proof has been approved.

Yes. We can match Pantone colors and established brand colors when color accuracy is important. Let us know when requesting your quote if your project requires a specific PMS color so we can account for any custom ink-mixing requirements.

Screen printing is one of the most durable methods for decorating apparel. When properly printed, cured, and cared for, a quality screen print can hold up through repeated washing and everyday wear. For the best longevity, we recommend washing garments inside out in cold water and avoiding excessive heat when drying.

Pricing is primarily based on garment style, quantity, number of ink colors, print locations, artwork, and turnaround time. Larger quantities generally reduce your cost per piece. We'll provide an itemized quote so you know exactly what you're paying before production begins.

Yes. Screen printing is built for volume, so the cost per piece generally decreases as your quantity increases. If you're planning recurring orders, company programs, events, or multiple locations, let us know—we can help structure your quantities to get the most value from each production run.

Customer-supplied garments may be accepted for certain projects, but approval is required before production. Because outside garments cannot always be replaced if they're damaged during decoration, additional terms or fees may apply. In most cases, sourcing the garments through Kocreators gives us greater control over quality, consistency, and replacement availability.

We can screen print much more than standard T-shirts, including hoodies, sweatshirts, long-sleeve shirts, performance apparel, workwear, tote bags, and other compatible garments. Some materials and garment constructions require specialized printing techniques, so we'll recommend the best option for your product.

Screen printing is usually the better choice for larger quantities and designs with fewer colors. It provides excellent durability, strong color, and increasingly competitive pricing as quantities grow. DTF is often better for smaller quantities or highly detailed, full-color artwork where creating multiple screens would be inefficient. Not sure? Send us your artwork and quantity. We'll recommend the decoration method that makes the most sense for your project rather than forcing the job into one process.

Yes. We can print front, back, sleeves, and other compatible locations depending on the garment. Each additional location affects setup and production pricing, so include all desired print locations when requesting your quote.

Yes. If you already have print-ready vector artwork, you can send it directly to us. If your logo or design needs cleanup, resizing, color separation, or other production adjustments, our team can help prepare it for screen printing.

Yes. Kocreators works with businesses, organizations, schools, teams, events, and other groups that need anything from a single bulk order to ongoing apparel programs. We can also combine screen printing with company stores, warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping for programs that require more than just decoration.
